"Okay so this property was nothing as I expected based on the reviews and pictures. This is more like apartment complexes turned into one giant property that’s being called a resort. It is no where near a resort. The beach was dirty, the pool was more of a sandy chlorine opening, the room had small ants all on the counters and coming out of the phone, the electricity was out upon our arrival and still for the next few hours. We actually ended up switching hotels and extending our stay there...

"A entire week stay long, never had turn down service, daily cleaning service was poor and toilet amenities were not repositionned. The acondicioner was never replaced. I requested more towels, never came. Security lockers in both doors in the room and balcony were brocken. Bed linen first night was not fresh ... Really looked usted. Although I complaint never had turn down service or better assistance. Ineficient staff, poor cleaning and horrible food and NO service. All is extremely expensive...

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! We booked the room and NEVER received any communication from the property. Once we arrived we couldn’t find anyone to check us in for 20 minutes. Once we found someone they let us know the power was out due to them doing construction, so we decided to leave for a few hours and come back. During this time period we tried to reach out to the property manager SEVERAL TIMES and they didn’t respond!!!!! We went back to the property a few hours later and the power was still...

"Hotel in located in city center, perfect location. The room was a little outdated but superclean. But we did not sleep till 2 a.m., because there was so much noise and people talking and screaming all night long, stuff did nothing to calm this chaos. We heard an American turist left the hotel in the middle od the night and told to the stuff it is impossible to sleep in this hotel. Altough the hotel was clean and on perfect location, it was our worst stay on Bahamas."

"Most staff are really nice and helpful. However , the man that check us in had horrible attitude. He hated everyone coming in . A lot of us forget that we need to pay the rest up front but we just needed clarification. That’s it . This place is definitely for younger crowds because I personally enjoyed quiet time . "Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. "
