"A entire week stay long, never had turn down service, daily cleaning service was poor and toilet amenities were not repositionned. The acondicioner was never replaced. I requested more towels, never came. Security lockers in both doors in the room and balcony were brocken. Bed linen first night was not fresh ... Really looked usted. Although I complaint never had turn down service or better assistance. Ineficient staff, poor cleaning and horrible food and NO service. All is extremely expensive...

"The staff was friendly and courteous. Checked in easily and they brought my luggage to the room. I walked down to the restaurant in front of the hotel for a drink and dinner. The hotel had a pool table and bar next to the pool. The room was clean and cool with a fan on and AC. I checked out early to get to the airport by 5am. They charged me $33 for the ride. Online it said there would be a surcharge for a 5 minute ride. Lots of stairs to climb- no elevator."

"Our stay at Sandyport Beach Resort was great! First off, the room was very clean. The property was well maintained and the staff was amazing! Close proximity to beach, we could walk to Cable Beach in about two minutes and caught some beautiful sunsets. "We've been to the "go-go" big resort like the SLS BAHA MAR a couple of times before .... then we found this small upscale boutique resort As seniors, this is a marked contrast much for the better: peace and quiet is NEVER a bad thing . "Our stay had several maintenance issues: reduced water pressure due to ongoing room renovations, an unpleasant taste and odor in the tap water, and numerous non-functioning lights and outlets throughout the room. While the hotel and restaurant staff were warm and attentive, the concierge and restaurant management fell well short of expectations. The food, similarly, failed to impress. Even after completed renovations, doubtful we would visit again given our experience with management and food...
