"The hotel is in a good location outside of the downtown area hotels. I would suggest if staying here renting a car would be very helpful and convenient if you do not like to walk. My family and I walked for about 10 minutes from the hotel to the main road to catch the bus #10 that drives up and down W Bay St for about $2 per ride. You can walk to beautiful Saunders Beach from the hotel but can also take the bus. Do not skip on visiting Goodman's Bay Park, its a beautiful beach (you will need to...

"The Staff, the Pool folks, the bartenders the people at the buffet. Everybody was so loving and courteous. The only thing I would say for improvement is updating the rooms outside of that beautiful. We are going back again next year and taking people with us."

"We enjoyed the location which was away from the large, commercial, stereotype complexes that try to keep you in their “hotel bubble.” This is a small and quiet place that offers tranquility. "From start to finish our stay has been nothing short of amazing- the staff is so amazing and kind as are the local taxi drivers and neighbors. The property is centrally located walkability to local restaurants, stores, and bars is good. And the beach is nothing short of magical. We will absolutely be back again!"

"A entire week stay long, never had turn down service, daily cleaning service was poor and toilet amenities were not repositionned. The acondicioner was never replaced. I requested more towels, never came. Security lockers in both doors in the room and balcony were brocken. Bed linen first night was not fresh ... Really looked usted. Although I complaint never had turn down service or better assistance. Ineficient staff, poor cleaning and horrible food and NO service. All is extremely expensive...
