"We had such a fun family trip to Niagara Falls and this house was perfect for what we needed. We were on vacation with two parents in their 80's and we needed the accessible downstairs bedroom and bathroom with handrails. There were no other properties near the Falls that had these available. We were able to walk to everything, and my parents rented mobility scooters and went everywhere with us. If you are nervous about the area, it is not the best, but no where this close to the falls is. We...

"Clean space, friendly helpful host. There is no parking at the property but we had no issues with finding street parking close. Stayed for a Bills game about a 30 uber ride to the stadium which isn’t bad. House is older but it’s just fine for what it is. Would stay again."

"BEST “back to school stay-action ever!” Wanted to do a little something for the family and friends before school started and let me tell you, this was a HIT! The kids and adults had such a fun time! Check in was SEAMLESS and the house looked just like the pictures. Everything was super clean and stocked. The back yard was a hit for the kiddos (and us adults when they weren’t taking it over lol). Hot tub was PERFECT! We will be back again soon!!!! THANK YOU STACIE!"

"The cottage was perfect for our stay for dropping our child off at Suny Geneseo. We stayed 2-nights, my wife and younger child took a riding lesson with Kim, who was great. We explored the property during the day, getting to see all the horses and and very much enjoyed the night sky. We also did a quick trip to Letchworth State Park to view the upper and middle falls. Had lunch on Conesus Lake, only a 10-minute drive. We would definitely stay at the cottage again. "
