"I booked the room that said it was handicapped accessible for two nights. When we got ready to go there it was definitely not. My sister was tired so we put here to bed. The bed was high and we had to lift her. I went down to the front desk to shorten my stay and get a refund for the second night. They did offer to move rooms but I declined as it was a struggle to get my sister into the bed and she was sleeping. Anyway, they said Expedia was who I needed to contact. "Had a good stay at the La Quinta Inn in Batavia. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I really liked the bed. The location worked well for me since it was about an hour from Niagara Falls and around 30 minutes from Rochester where I attended a graduation.
