"It was not clean and the staff wasn’t very knowledgeable but they friendly and tried hard to accommodate …. Should have guessed that the place was low quality when I saw it was an extended stay…. The reviews I saw were from a few years ago and thought maybe things had gotten better, but they were not. I didn’t stay, got refund and left"

"This is absolutely not an accurate listing. Upon check in we were givin a dirty room with "white" stains on the office chair and the induction stove top fell apart when opening the drawer inderneath and pubic hair in the tub under our "clean" towels, and that was only our first 10 minutes of being there.the front desk only allowed us to change rooms once they went and veriefied the messes in the room which werent hard to find if they would actually inspect the rooms after cleaning. "The location was great and the management company was extremely easy to work with. The unit does need some updates. The kitchen table and chairs were not comfortable and the carpet were pretty worn. The space was fine for 2 people and the kitchen was well equipped (except may need to get some more forks)."
