"Booked a king suite room and at after checking in they gave me a kind regular room, they didn't have the king suite available...yet I had a whole active reservation for that type of room. I was never contacted prior to me checking in that my room typed was not available and here are the options if you're not happy with the issue.
When I have to reach out to the front desk and tell them this is not the room i booked. It's a oversight and unprofessional.
I kept the room due to the fact I had...

"his is my second time staying here, mainly because it's so convenient to be across the street from Round Rock Sports Center. Unfortunately, my room is never ready at check-in. What makes it frustrating is that I arrive 1-2 hours past the official check-in time, giving them plenty of extra time. This place has great potential, but waiting around for a room after a busy day just isn't worth it."

"They checked us into a room that had not been cleaned. And we went downstairs to ask for a new room but had to WAIT behind another couple who HAD ALSO been checked into a dirty room. The floors of the entire hotel were filthy and it was hot in the lobby and in our new room. We decided to drive back to our town after our event was over and just left rather than stay the night and get bed bugs or venereal disease from the bathrooms. We never even used the new room because we were so grossed...
