"Great communication with host. Google Maps doesn't connect it but the road goes through from either side. Had a wonderful stay. Near Vestal Parkway for restaurants and hikes property and nearby trails at SUNY Bing. Staris are narrow as noted. Will book again!"

"The cabin was perfect very clean and cozy. We loved the waterfall in the backyeard it was beautiful. So relaxing to sit out at fire at night with the sound of the waterfall. Very private area we loved everything about it. Tia answered any questions we had very quickly. We will definitely be back. The only thing i could say that was wrong was the one airconditioner did not cool the whole cabin maybe one in the bedroom as well would help but not a big deal i loved it. "

"Check In was absolutely seamless. The home was so perfect for our large group of adults and children of different ages. The older boys loved the pool table and the younger ones enjoyed the hot tub. We all enjoyed the beautiful fire pit and gorgeous lawn. The best part though was the incredible kitchen with everything you need to cook and serve wonderful meals. "Fabulous location in Ithaca for Cornell events. Loved being close but also having the relaxing and quiet area. Great host!!"

"Lovely apartment for a couple or two friends. Very clean, attractive and well appointed! The second bedroom with the twin bed is super tiny and probably best for a small child. Location is just lovely and super private and quiet. We wished we could have stayed longer!"

"Wish I knew about this place sooner. Stayed for Cortland graduation but wish I knew about it when my son was a freshman. Super clean, great location, low price. 10 mins from campus. "

"This was such a beautiful, serene place. Location was excellent for Ithaca, Watkins Glen and Cornell waterfall trails and hiking. The upstairs loft was super cute but we slept on the futon downstairs, which was so comfortable with a thick memory foam topper. Also, I had never experienced bath towels like these.... so luxurious!We had company at our mightly campfires. Very friendly feline friends.This is cozy, country charm with a bit of artistic whimsy. Magical Thank you, David!"
