"The energy is low starting from the valet. He looks tired maybe because of the Arizona heat. Staff at front desk we didn’t feel the friendliness. I believed in “Service with a Smile”. Didn’t feel we are welcomed. One question one answer. Breakfast is good but didn’t get the customer service we needed. Tone of voice from the waitress when we are getting our orders sounds like she’s having a bad day. The property is very clean & organized. Service is poor!"

Friendly breakfast buffet staff. However, options IMO were only fair quality and taste.
Wife tried the pool for a bit, but didn't look too appealing.
The water was light green and she said it just didn't feel clean."
