Slightly confusing information on Expedia when booking re spa access as it conflicts with some of the information on the website but wasn't a problem on arrival at the hotel. "The bedroom lights were not bright enough for reading at bedtime. The bathroom was lovely, with a separate bath and shower, and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was lovely, but the staff forgot to provide spoons for the cereals and fruit salad, so we had to wait longer before eating."

"Wonderful stay, all areas of the hotel were very clean and well maintained, room was just a standard double but was well appointed and spotlessly clean, the only negative if you could call it that was that the heating is via an aircon unit and although worked very well, it was a bit noisy throughout the night, but to be honest did not detract from a lovely stay. Breakfast was superb and staff very attentive. Will definitely stay here again when we visit Bristol "
