"Great hotel in a fantastic location. The room was very comfortable. We loved the still and sparkling water machines by the elevator. The front desk staff was attentive and helpful. The only drawback was that we asked for a late check out but were told we couldn't ask for one until the day of our departure, only for it to be declined. Also, the lobby seems to be always occupied by workers on laptops, which we didn't find welcoming at all. "

"Excellent central location, very easy walking distance from Kings Cross St Pancras station. Rooms were modern and very comfortable - excellent air-con for those hotter summer days! Had great nights' sleep there, and for the money, I cannot fault this hotel at all! Will stay again on future business trips!"

"Great location so close to Victoria station. Well attended too and friendly staff. Bit of a walk if in the wing rooms but extra large rooms and very comfortable. Bathroom's are small considering room size and care is needed when getting in for a shower , removal of the bath for a walk in shower would be so much better. Overall no complaints and will be back."

"The hotel is very nice, and it is located in great part of town near the Tower of London. We booked a junior suite. The room was very roomy and comfortable. We had a significant issue with water pressure which resulted in the toilet not flushing and poor water flow in the shower. After two visits from maintenance and one more complete, we asked to change rooms. Unfortunately, there were no rooms available. So, for the inconvenience, we were refunded the upgrade to the suite.
