"The staff were really friendly, and the hotel room was really clean. I am OCD about health, so the last thing I want to see is mold or cockroaches. No bugs anywhere in my room, and our bathroom was stunningly beautiful too. Normally I wear shower shoes, but the floors were clean enough I contemplated not wearing them. Security seemed super friendly towards guests, and the AC unit worked well. Thank you for a fantastic stay!"
"The hotel itself was ehh....The pool was big but there were cockroaches running around. There were 2 other families by the pool when I walked in with my kids and the one family was leaving because of it and the other dad was telling his kid to get out of the pool because he was horrified by the amount of them. We stayed for ten minutes and I had to get my kids out of the pool and leave because I couldn't deal with it anymore. My kids were pissed that they could not swim. The bathroom sink...
