"Great new hotel just opened but a couple of no small issues. There is no sign of the hotel outside the building, so we had to go up and down the street to find it. There's only a sign for the restaurant but not for the hotel, we wasted 10 minutes under the rain until we realised. "Room was on the smaller side but had everything needed. Bathroom was huge with a bath which was nice but no way to control the room temperature which was on the cold side especially at night in October. It seems towel rail and heating were connected but was off. Staff didn’t seem to know how to deal with this issue. Hot water bottle needed if visiting this time of year. "

"The staff at the hotel and its restaurants was amazing. Very proactive and helpful, but discrete. The hotel room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The turn-down service every evening was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend if you need some r&r and want a location close to the Cotswold for day trips."
