"Pleasantly surprising for an airport hotel. Smooth check in and hood service throughout. C9mfortable bed and the room upgrade a plus. Lobby looking tired and bar area very tired not up to the rest of the hotel. Bel Epoque restaurant: excellent."

"We stayed close to Heathrow for an early flight. Perfect for us family of four. Comes with secure parking which was a massive plus. Kitchen well equipped for a long stay. Everything was clean. Beds were not the comfiest. But was ok for a night."
