"Stayed here for two nights while visiting Bath. Loved the room (named "Jake") with its compact space and the layout between the room and the bathroom. You just can't get places that have character like this in the States. Ate dinner both nights in the restaurant which was very good. On both nights (weeknights) the restaurant was full. "Pros: the owner is very accommodating, we arrived pretty late yet he is still happily wait for us and show us around the property. The property itself is very charming with old exposed brick and country furniture but with a twist of modern appliances making my stay as comfortable and homey. "Excellent boutique hotel. Superb service all round. We were greeted outside by Wayne to help with valet parking and every encounter with a member of staff from there was very positive. The highlight was dining at Olive Tree. Absolutely outstanding food and such a nice touch to have the chefs come out and explain the creativity and work that goes into every dish. We will be back for sure "
