"Great location within walking distance from station. Very welcoming staff and clean rooms. They state clearly no air conditioner. Very friendly breakfast staff and delicious breakfast."

"We booked here due to the proximity of the cruise ships. This hotel was fantastic! Could walk most of all of Southampton with out any issue. Close in proximity to most things. Pinnacle Suites
"No air conditioning but there was a dyson fan and a heater. Room had a coffee machine, mini fridge, hairdryer and a handheld steamer.
