"We had a fantastic stay at Eric’s beautiful lodge-style home in a serene, wooded enclave in West Chester. It was the perfect setting for our multigenerational family gathering, celebrating a milestone birthday with guests ages 2 to 89. The house is incredibly spacious, with multiple gathering areas indoors and out. We enjoyed family dinners on the back deck, a fun trivia contest under the stars, board games in the large living room, and buffet-style meals set up on the huge kitchen island. The...

The fenced area for dogs is ample and completely enclosed - something we rarely find when searching for rentals.What a delight to see evidence of Nancy's love of gardening. "This is our second stay in this slice of heaven located along the North East River. I loved seeing the sunrise while kayaking and watching the ever-changing clouds, herons, eagles, and osprey. The kids did some wading/swimming at low tide, fishing and searched for shells. My son brought some firewood along so that we could enjoy sitting outside at night by the fire while looking at stars while at the campfire. With the 5 bedroom/sleeping areas, we were able to fit the whole family comfortably....
