"The only complaint is that they need to let renters know that the beach is closed to Beachside Villas and you have to walk down to a public part. My parents have a hard time walking especially my Dad. So we went to the pool the whole time because you can't just walk straight to the beach and sit in a chair The condo was nice and the location is great except for the condos on the beach that took over that beach. Next year somewhere different. You pay all that money and have no access until...

"Home is cute and sweetly stocked take home goodies. Bring your own K cups if you want to brew coffee at house. It very much is a tiny home so you have to get creative on where to unpack / store luggage. Location cannot be beat! Easy breezy walk to anywhere you want to go in the Seaside shopping/dining/beach area. Also backs up to WaterColor and easy walk to their boathouse for paddle boarding. "

"Location! Location! Location! This place is a 5 min walk from everything! It is far enough from the hotels that there aren’t a ton of people near the closest beach access! The place was clean. The bed was comfy. The beach chairs and umbrella saved us 80 a day in rentals. The host was responsive and super nice! We had a great stay!!"

"Loved this beautiful home and just minutes from the beach! It’s literally a 2 minute walk to the private door to get to the beach. One thing to note, you have to walk down approximately 50 stairs to hit the sand. And after the beach, we came home to a private pool in the back. The garage was filled with all kinds of beach/pool gear to make our visit even better. There were bikes, beach chairs, a wagon, pool toys, boogie boards and more. All the kids loved it.
