"Property was fabulous and the host was fantastic! Trolley will take you anywhere around Watercolor. Beach was great. We didn’t take advantage of all the pools we could use, as this was a short stay. Next time for sure! We will definitely stay here again!"

"Living room furniture should be replaced. It’s worn and not comfortable to use. The same is recommended for master bedroom mattresses. Mattresses have seen their best years. Cheap pillows. “Dollar Store” quality patio chairs. They’re made of thin and cheap plastic. Not safe to sit in. Two of the four chairs were broken. Master toilet flushing was nearly non-functional. "

"Great location - easy walk to the beach & on the quieter end of Grayton Beach, which we loved. Heated pool was perfect for our two small kids when they needed a break from the sand. Great size pool for a vacation house located so close to the beach. House is lovely and clean with a well stocked kitchen. Beds were all comfortable. Host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Thankful to find this little house nestled among the huge new builds in Grayton! "

"My wife and I (plus our 8 month old) stayed for 2 nights in this lovely Seaside Cottage/Tiny house. It was exactly as described. It is small and cozy - has everything you need for an enjoyable weekend. It is within the Seaside community and you get access to all amenities. The cottage was comfy and very clean. Also, shout out ot the shower, which had excellent water pressure. The vacation rental company was the best I've seen yet - super responsive, texted all the info on time, and honestly,...

"We enjoyed the cabin. Although it was next to several homes it was very private and peaceful. Cabin had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. Just a short 5-6 minute walk to the beach or riding the free shuttle. Easy walk to the downtown. The outdoor shower was great after being at the beach so we didn't drag sand into the home. We spent evenings relaxing on the porch swing. "

"The house could not have been better. Large open floor plan, each floor has a kitchen and laundry room which was wonderful, wide hallways, open layout. With a large group we could have together time at the big island and 12 seater table or find space to have quiet time. Outside is beautiful, pool and hot tub fabulous with private beach access. The house is very comfortable, well appointed and very well stocked. NO COMPLAINTS. We can't wait to come back."
