"Amazing location "

"We enjoyed our stay. The location is incredible. There are several good restaurants within walking distance. We loved Mezeh. To get around, we used the property bicycles (free and first come first served) to get to the museums and monuments. The rooms are spacious and clean. We had a room with a kitchenette and dining room. The beds are clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good enough to get us through the afternoon. "Overall, the hotel is quite nice from the lobby to the restaurant. The check in was quick. It’s in a great neighborhood. The main challenge is housekeeping. We stayed 2 nights and our room was not cleaned after the first night (we were gone from 9AM to 10PM). I told the front desk the next morning and he made a note to have our room cleaned. It was then cleaned, but we ended up with 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel for a double room. Housekeeping needs to be improved. You also pay an amenity fee,...
