"The waterfront view and peaceful front deck and yard was great! The early mornings and evenings on the Adirondack chairs were the highlights of the cottage - watching the water fowls and ospreys roaming the sky. Tucked away enough to not hear the road noise. The loft is for nimble folks, bunk beds are great for little kids but a bit small for teens. Grilling was easy with all the tools needed. The IKEA induction stove kept the cottage from heating up during meal times. Outdoor shower was nice....

"We stayed for the Fourth of July weekend. The cottage was clean, well equipped and quite lovely. The location was ideal for access to beaches, dining, and entertainment - all under a 30-minute drive away. We will certainly consider visiting again."

"This is a very cozy, comfortable and tidy loft with a dedicated off street parking spot. It was perfect for our visit with family in the area. There's a beach very near, and lots of good restaurants and things to do. We look forward to returning when we're in RI again."

"Check in and arrival: The place really needs a welcome binder. It would be helpful to have everything in one place. For example we could not find parking passes during our visit or the WiFi password. I had to email him and ask him for it.The access code was given the day of, which was great. Beds: Mattresses in some rooms clearly have not been updated in quite some time. Linens, pillows and sheets were nice! "Owners did an Excellent job with the presentation and vast array of items. Clearly you can yell they took the time and thought to plan for anything we may need during our stay. We would give 10 stars if we could!"

"You truly cannot go wrong with this home! It’s so clean and has breathtaking views of the water from every window. The owners were super helpful when needed as well! Great getaway for locals too without the cape bridge traffic. "

"Prudence island is a one of a kind place. The dock and mooring are perfect for our boat. We spent our days riding bikes, boating to Bristol, going to the lighthouse beach, and picking blueberries on the farm. The cottage is always a perfect home base during our stay!"

"We had a great stay. The property was as described. We loved the house and there was plenty of room for our party. Our favorite part was the yard. Just sitting in the mornings and watching all of nature’s beauty. We got see see a lot of birds, bunnies and lightening bugs! "
