We are the Berman's, my name is Joshua, my wife Nancy, two sons live in the home. We have a beautiful guest bedroom with a separate entrance. You will have a private full bathroom and a private patio. We provide clean towels, soap, shampoo, and a Nespresso coffee machine. We are just a few blocks from the beach, and a few minutes from a public park, restaurants, and bars Our address is 47 walnut st Portsmouth Ri 02871.

The space was private. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. Communication was all right.There were some important discrepancies in the actual space from the VRBO listing that I think should be addressed & corrected.In addition, there were a couple of minor maintenance issues that should have been noticed by the hosts, but were not.It was fine for our needs on this trip, but not a place we would go out of our way to return to.

Perfect location, extremely clean and super comfy bed! The apt was immaculate and the coffee was great! Hosts were great communicators and I’d highly recommend staying here. We were able to visit the Cape and Newport from here and we walked down to the water for dinner!

A lovely spacious room with a cute little balcony - a perfect place to have breakfast, or sip. A glass of wine in the afternoon and watch the neighborhood. The beach was only 4 blocks away. Close to the Norman Bird Sanctuary, the Green Topiary Animals, and wineries, and all that Aquidneck Island has to offer.

Perfect place. Just wished I could have stayed longer. Everything I needed. Spacious room with sliders to a cute deck. Hope to book again but longer than 2 nights ! A little get away from the hustle and bustle summer traffic in Newport, but a short drive or uber will get you downtown.Beachy neighborhood and loved the low keyed beach walking distance. Host was very accommodating.

Cozy pied a terre

This is a very cozy, comfortable and tidy loft with a dedicated off street parking spot. It was perfect for our visit with family in the area. There's a beach very near, and lots of good restaurants and things to do. We look forward to returning when we're in RI again.

We came down for a family reunion with our 11 month old. It was just enough room for all of us to be comfortable and we arrived with the room already at a good temperature and waters for us. Small and simple.

The place is very nice and quaint. The bed was so nice and the little patio was so cute. The walk to the beach is awesome and the parking is nice perfect.
