Did like how close it is to Airport. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Overall, Just ok. Very noisy (aside from street noise, the room Nextdoor was loud). Our room-107, They hadn’t finished the door way entry to the bathroom, so looked awful. Only staying one night so didn’t bother moving.

First off, the bathroom had no place to put things and was super uncomfortable. Then, The towels and things were still used and dirty from the previous people that were in there. This destroyed me and I felt bad for my wife and two daughters. Then I enter the lobby to check in and the two guys are behind bulletproof glass etc. Just an uncomfrtable feeling here. The place looked so nice online. I would never stay here again no matter what. Spend the $40 bucks more and do yourself a favor on a better room someplace else. Thanks

This property is at a Motel 6 standard. New owners are partially gutting the rooms, but right now the dark cement rooms still retain a dingy look, a sweat smell, poor insulation, and AC that sounds like a diesel truck. There is a small refrigerator and microwave, which is some consolation, but the mattress was only about 3" thick with worn, thin sheets. We had to beg for two more pillows so we could sit up in bed. No bureaus and only one rickety deck chair. Mostly one-night guests or transients. Grandma said: penny saved, pound foolish. Why didn't I listen?

The staff here is absolutely AWFUL!The owner/manager does not try with you. I booked the wrong date for the room because I was being RUSHED to checkout after I told the manager that I planned on booking the room. I think a little patience would have been nice especially since I had been there almost a week. Cleaning staff must be family because they definitely don't hold back either with yellling & loudly knocking on the door. They were rude/ ignorant. No accommodation whatsoever. Of course, I didn't get a refund because I rushed to book the hotel online. Accidentally, I ended up booking it on the 18th of July instead of June 18th because I was a nervous wreck being rushed. Although Expedia was more than willing to help with a refund as long as the hotel agreed. As you may have guessed, owner or manager whatever he is... said NO. Shocker. I can keep going but, I am so disgusted with that hotel. I am not the only one. A neighbor at the hotel that I became friendly with hated it as well. A few weeks ago, we had a bad storm. When the storm hit she told me there was no electricity, & no generator. Not only did they not refund her for the food that went bad she didn't get refund for the room. She was hot and didn't feel safe with no screens or locks on the windows. Today is the day that my hotel was booked. Wish I could get my money back. I strongly suggest that no one ever books at this hotel. It is obvious I won't be getting my money back. Which sucks because I can't afford it

I made a reservation for a non-smoking room. The room had a non-smoking sign, but the smell was unbearable. I have respiratory problems. It was impossible to sleep because the air conditioning was making such a noise that it sounded like a tractor. I stayed there on a very hot day, with 97 degrees. Since I had made a reservation for two nights, I requested a room change. I never got a response. What was supposed to be a relaxing weekend was the opposite. Two sleepless nights because the air conditioning in the room was making an abnormal noise. And the room smelled terrible. The bathroom door wouldn't close. Part of the doorknob was missing. For the price charged, it should have followed the Econologe chain's standards. However, my complaint at the front desk was completely ignored. My access cards stopped working during the day, even though I had paid for two nights. I had to request activation of the cars again after the first day.

This hotel is as basic as you can get. The queen size bed was pretty comfortable; sheets were very very thin but clean and soft, as were the pillows. The bedside lampshades were all bent. The bathroom had a stall shower with a lip less than two inches high. It really should have had a door on it but it only had a shower curtain, so, water on the floor. The walls in the bathroom were horribly covered with cement and then just painted a drab grey; no tiles. The sink was the tiniest rectangular sink I’ve ever seen. And it was loose on the wall and leaning forward, so anything you put on the 3 inch wide top around the sink, would just slide down into the sink. It needs serious renovation. Our room was on the ground floor, and the huge white florescent sign shown into our window. There was an old heavy curtain that kept out most of the light. And the parking area was right at the edge of the highway so I was afraid if there was an accident there, they could’ve slammed into our car. They do have a little coffee machine in the room, but no coffee anywhere else. The clock radio didn’t work and the button to change the time had paint on it so you couldn’t change it. I unplugged it but it should be discarded. And there was a decent television, but you had to turn it on and off from the back, then change the stations with the remote. It was an inexpensive hotel, but they really need to send a little money on it. If I do try it again, I will ask for a room in the back.

When booking online, I intentionally was searching for a hotel that allows pets. Upon arrival, the establishment had about 5 papers taped on the wall stating no pets allowed or penalized a $250 fee. When I asked why the information hasn't been updated, the gentleman stated that they're under new management and that change is new within the last 3 months. I thought that was plenty of time to have updated that information across platforms but what do I know. Because it was after 4:00 PM and booked through Expedia, I could not cancel without losing my money, so I made other arrangements for my dog and stayed the weekend. Although hotel was recently "renovated", there were several issues within my room. The shower water did not come out correctly, leaving you to stand basically up on the wall to get water on your body. The bathroom door kept getting stuck closed. Dirty linen on bed and in bathroom. Although I asked for a non-smoking room, there was a burn hole in one of the sheets on the bed. Very gross! Towels were nicely folded in bathroom but once unfolded you realize that they weren't properly washed. A lot of activity going on outside the rooms. Housekeeping does not speak English or pretended not to. I needed to use my translator on my phone to communicate that my bed and towels were dirty. Housekeeper still looked to be confused. I've stayed in many hotels, in many states and countries and this was by far the worst! I will not be returning ever.

The location is great! It is very close to a nice shopping and dining area. However, the actually hotel was average. My room was pretty updated, but you can tell it had not been properly cleaned. The sinks had water spots, some of the towels had stains, but the bed was pretty clean.
