"The house is gorgeous and spacious. The ground level could easily be a separate living space with its own bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, and laundry. I made mistakes both checking in and out but the host and cleaning crew were quick and easy to help me fix it so I can’t commend them enough for that. If you’re someone who likes to cook food directly on the grill, you might want to make other plans due to some rust but the benefits of this home far outweigh that one minor thing. "Everything was very nice about the property and exactly as described. It was spacious with plenty of room for us to hangout together or separately if we chose. My only complaints were regarding the kitchen. The floor was not as clean as it should’ve been upon our arrival. Also, we had to contend with ants until I used salt as a deterrent that kept them off the kitchen counter for the duration of our stay. "

"Perfect place to stay on Smith Mountail Lake. Walking distance to any lake activity you would want plus one of the best restaurants around. Very clean with terrific communication with owner. Only note is even though occupancy says for 4, it is really 2 adults, 2 children. We Intended for 4 adults to stay and had to make other accommodations for 2nd couple. Will definitely rebook if we have another house overflow issue. "
