Amazing Views and Two Kayaks Ready to Use!

Come to the lake! This spacious one-bedroom top (third) floor condo unit is uniquely located between the Napoli By the Lake Restaurant and a large outdoor swimming pool, right on the water with a guest boat dock. Fantastic views of the lake from the large deck! Sleeps two adults and two small children (under three). This charming, modern end unit has water on two sides, a large master bedroom with king bed and water views, woodburning fireplace, cathedral ceilings, and a wraparound deck with a direct view across the lake. You have the use of a fully furnished kitchen, fully stocked bar area, large bedroom, living room with sectional sofa, and dining area. Two kayaks with paddles and life jackets are available upon request. And the view in the morning and at sunset from the deck is truly spectacular!
The following amenities are provided to all guests during their stay at Bernard's Landing Resort. There is an Amenities Electronic key card you will receive once you check into the condo:

I have two kayaks available that already have resort decals that you can use free or charge. If you bring your own kayaks or canoes you will need to buy decals to use them on the property. They are $5.00 per night.
Beach with Umbrellas and Volleyball Court
Tennis and Pickleball Courts.
The wood burning fireplace is available Oct 1 - May 1. Starter blocks are provided.
Please keep in mind that this is a penthouse (third floor) condo with no elevator so you will need to walk up and down stairs.

No grilling on the deck or hanging towels or clothes on the deck railing. Park in designated parking spots. Do not park on the side of the road.
The resort has quiet hours after 11 P.M. Do not feed the waterfowl. Do not set up tents outside. No refunds due to inclement weather.

The place more than exceeded our expectations. The condo was exceptionally clean, views breathtaking, location close to Napoli's and boat rental. Host was easy to communicate with and included complimentary snacks. Would definitely return and rent this condo again.

Perfect stay

Perfect place to stay for a quick trip to smith mountain lake- we took advantage of the kayaks, walked to dinner and Napolis, the condo was stocked with snacks and games, and was clean and cozy. Communication with the host was great too! Would stay here again with my partner

Peaceful stay

The condo is very comfortable for 2 people and the view from the balcony is beautiful. We went to the indoor pool and spa and had the whole place to ourselves. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood.

A piece of paradise

This was such a lovely place to stay! Not only was it spotless, but the attention to detail and surplus of everything you could possibly need made it a slice of heaven. The kayaks were such an amazing plus, we really could not complain about a single thing. We will definitely be back!

We recently enjoyed a winter stay at this beautiful condo on Smith Mountain Lake, and it was absolutely perfect! The property was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped for a relaxing retreat. The lake views from the balcony were stunning, even in the winter months, and provided such a peaceful atmosphere.The condo’s fireplace added a warm and inviting touch, making it the perfect spot to curl up with a book or just unwind . The kitchen was stocked with provisions and the hosts went above with all the additional supplies, games, toiletries, even outdoor gear to ensure your stay is memorable. The location was ideal—close enough to restaurants and shops but still quiet enough to feel like a true escape. The hosts were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay.Whether you're looking to unwind or explore the scenic winter beauty of Smith Mountain Lake, this condo is a fantastic choice. We can’t wait to come back!

Second time booking the property

We enjoyed this rental so much last year for a girls weekend that we booked it a second time! We had a great time in Bernards Landing. The host is quick with his responses and super helpful. I knew I didn’t need to pack shampoo, conditioner, body wash because it was all provided. Slippers and spa robes were also provided. I love this condo!
