#2400 Pointe - Studio Suite at Mariners SML

Studio units are NOT waterfront and do not have a water view!

Located at The Pointe, inside of Mariners Landing! This Studio Condo has everything you need for your next stay at Smith Mountain Lake! This unit is located in building 2 on the 4th floor. All Pointe buildings have an elevator and a coded entry for security.
This unit offers a Queen size bed and a sleep chair. Bathroom has a walk-in shower (you do have to step up in order to get in shower) Tv w/ Cable and Wi-Fi.
The Kitchenette has everything you need to prepare meals. It's equipped with dishware, utensils, appliances, etc. Included in the kitchenette: coffee, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, and dishwasher pod.
All linens are included in the rental. You'll just need to bring your beach towels for the pools. We also provide some small toiletries for your convenience.
Unit offers a small dining table for two.

Our front desk is located in building one of The Pointe. We have staff on-site daily as well as an after-hours phone number for emergencies.
Quiet hours are between 11pm-7am. No Parties allowed! All properties are non-smoking!
