Private, Sanitized Loft, with Discounts Sleeps 2

Private, Clean and Sanitized. We follow CDC cleaning and sanitization protocols. Grocery stores and restaurants close by and deliver. Longer stay discount: 10% off weekly; 20% monthly. Flexible Cancellation.

Recently built suite with everything new. We call it "Starlight Loft" because of the clear nighttime sky from the porch. Close to downtown & LG Hospital. Cozy suite with private entrance and bathroom. Located in a safe, wooded neighborhood.
The space
We had a great time designing this addition to our house and are excited to share it with new friends. We love hosting and meeting people from all over the world. The loft is completely private with a private driveway and parking. There is a study/workspace and a large TV with free Netflix. The bed has the amazing Linenspa Gel Infused Memory Foam Mattress Topper - very comfortable. Fresh linens, shampoo, conditioner, towels etc are all provided. The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, utensils, Keurig, and coffee.
Guest access
Your suite is private. You also welcome to enjoy the yard. There is also a wood fire pit in the backyard for fun, laidback barbecuing!
Other things to note
Local grocery stores and restaurants are delivering if you do not wish to go outside.

The place was very clean. The pictures made it look larger. The instructions for the TV were incomplete. The mirror in the bathroom was almost too high for me to see. And I almost lost a contact because the mirror wasn’t over the sink but on the wall beside the sink.

COZY HIDEWAY IN LYNCHBURG

IT WAS VERY CLEAN, IT HAD ALL THE NECESSITIES FOR A COUPLE WHO LIKES TO EAT OUT FOR EVERY MEAL, I PREFER A FULL KITCHEN. BUT IT SERVED ITS PURPOSE FOR 2 DAYS, A SHORT STAY, NICE NEW TV, VERY SMALL SPACE BUT SUFFICIENT, STUDIO STYLE, NICE HOST, LIVES ON SITE. VERY QUIET, WITH OUR LARGE FAMILY WE NEED MORE SPACE, BUT IT WAS GREAT FOR A TINY STAY. VERY EFFICIENT. WE WERE HAPPY! I LIKED ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS , THE KEURIG NEEDED INSTRUCTIONS, SO I WROTE THOSE DOWN FOR HIM. NEEDED A FEW MORE DISPOSABLE CUPS AND PLATES AND UTENSILS. ALL IN ALL ITS A GREAT PLACE FOR A SHORT STAY. THANK YOU , THE GARNERS.

Perfect for an overnight stay after bringing my son to college. Very clean and efficient property in nice neighborhood. Owner provided coffee, bottled water, bathing products. It was great to have little frig and microwave, utensils, wine opener, salt/pepper. Would book the property again.
