"All the personnel at UMusic Madrid were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The bed was comfortable and the shower/tub area was awesome! The hotel venue was having a ballet one night where everyone was dressed so fancy. We enjoyed a lovely sunset from the rooftop bar that had an excellent liquor selection. Highly recommend UMusic Madrid!"

The front desk staff ensured we knew our way around Marid, they made dining reservations for us, they called the rental car company for us, they let us know where to stop on the way to San Sabastian, really anything we asked! The restaurant staff was extremely friendly and helpful and very attentive. Highly recommend staying here. "
