"The biggest complaint we had was ice. The room was provided with an ice bucket but there is nowhere in the building to get ice. They want you to call room service for ice and then pay the fee for room service staff to deliver the ice. When you have to request ice multiple times it get very inconvenient and expensive. Our room phone had to be replaced which took two days to do because it was not operational and we had to walk to the lobby every time we needed something. The thermostat was...

"Amazing Hotel in a great part of town. Centrally located to walk safely in the upscale shopping district. Staff was very attentive and kind. The rooftop bar/restaurant was a hit with our group too. We enjoyed going up there for lunch, dinner and cocktails. The views are amazing! It was a bit chilly one evening and they were very accommodating by bringing a heater to our table and offering us blankets. We will definitely be going back to this hotel when we return to Barcelona!"
