"This was our second time staying at this hotel. The number one issues that we had was parking. Last year when we stayed there was ample parking. This year for whatever reason they decided to implement 9€ parking fee for a section of the parking area inconveniencing guest who have mobility issues and not to mention the set up took away 4 spots! If parking is an issue for staff and hotel guest the staff should be shuttled, thus creating room for paying guest. Additionally the hotel should provide...

"Hôtel de haut standing, très beau et bien situé. Beaucoup d'espaces piscines, pas de difficulté à trouver une place sur un transat (en mai). Personnel aux petits soins et très sympathique. Buffet varié et restaurants de qualité. L'expérience platinium est un vrai plus. Je recommande cet hotel à 100%"

"Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Bathroom floor in the main bathroom was dirty, cleaned it ourselves. No bar/snack bar open ,which we were not told about. Last year when we stayed it was open and you couldn't have your own food/drinks, so they need to sort out what the rules are. Pool is heated and good.sun lougers could do with replacing as they are very uncomfortable. Overall a pleasant stay for the price"
