"We booked this very last minute minute as our plans changed. When we arrived we recieved a lovely welcome from the reception staff who explained where everything was. We made our way to our room, they are clean bright and have very comfy beds. The shower was lovely and powerful. My only complaint is no tea/coffee making facilities which I would usually expect in 4* but I didnt check the facilities on the website before hand so thats my error. "Very impressed with the hotel. Very clean and staff very friendly Location is great. 2 x minute walk to the beach 5 x minute walk to the strip 15 -20 x min walk to old town Great variety of restaurants within a few minute walk If I go again to Benidorm will definitely stay here again "

"Room was lovely big and spacious and so was the bathroom and the pool is big and wasn’t freezing considering it was September , the gym isn’t good I can’t say anything good about that lol but the rest was great, the jacuzzis in the indoor pool are both not working which sucks but otherwise a good place I would stay again. "

"What a lovely place to stay. A few minutes walk to the centre of the old town. The beach was minutes away. Hotel was really clean and the staff who we spoke with were also lovely. Food was nice and bubbles on arrival in Benidorm was a pleasant suprise. Our room had a very large balcony which had the sun for most of the day. Very small negative was the lack of sun loungers and the wasted space with Cabana’s not being used due to a fee to hire them. All in all, as long as the Mrs’ fancies...

"Me gustó el altavoz en mi habitación. Me gustó la tetera. Me gustó el masaje de piedras calientes y el té de cortesía en el patio interior. Me gustó la atención del personal, todas muy atentas y serviciales. No me gustó el error que hubo en el check out, a la hora de pagar."

"We stayed here for 6 nights in a really clean modern and luxurious apartment with everything you need to live comfortably. It was so peaceful at night albe a beach bar playing music until late but didn’t bother us as when the doors and windows were closed it was only a dim noise. With the air on on it still felt very comfortable. Waking up in the morning to a beautiful sea view made our stay here very special. The staff were very helpful and friendly we will be coming here again for definite....

"Very cozy and atmospheric place for a vacation. Beaches are easily reachable if you travel by car (by the way, parking near the hotel was free). The breakfast and dinner buffet was not very big, but offered a great selection and quality of food. The staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful. The spacious room included a kettle, fridge, and even a washing machine."
