"More bad than good with this hotel. We booked a family balcony room. This was a good size. The room was poorly sound proofed - could hear showers, tvs and voices from other rooms. The aircon was poor so glad we were not there at the height of summer. The location was okay, although there are a few homeless people congregate over the road from the hotel in the evening. The staff weren’t overly friendly. I wouldn’t choose to go back to this hotel even if it was under 100 euros."

"Lovely hotel. Very clean. Good shower. Tea and coffee in room. Very good location. No noise. Pity too bar was closed but didn't impact on us as plenty of good bars and restaurants on the doorstep."

"Mooie accomodatie met gratis koffie en thee. Ligt alleen wel een aardig eindje van Benidorm-centrum af"

"very kind the attention"

"First the staff were friendly! However I would not recommend or stop again. The rooms are in need of some TLC with many scuff marks and some damage. The shower base/tray was very badly stained. Rooms where serviced, but bins were not always emptied and surfaces were not cleaned. Breakfast was disappointing, the hot stuff was only just warm, juices watered down and for three days there was no butter or margarine and no sliced bread. The buffet was not replenished and you always need to ask for...

"Breakfast could’ve been better stayed other ibises"

"Todo el mobiliario moderno está en buen estado. Muy bien situado y bien aislado. Quizás poco espacio para 4 personas."

"All amenities close by"

"This my third visit to the hotel since 1980 and it remains excellent…."

"Apartments by busy, noisy road. Next day there were construction works floor above. Unbearable noise."

"Excellent location with ocean view rooms. Clean rooms but bit dated. Staff very friendly and helpful."

"Location was perfect, 2 minutes from strip. Clean, tidy and had everything we needed. I would stay again"
