"This was an excellent choice for our stay on tenerife in the canary islands. Our third floor seaside room was wonderful because we could leave the door open and listen to the waves. And yet, still have privacy during the day, because people could not see in from the street. The breakfast offering is quite amazing. "The rooms were well designed and clean but we found the pillows really uncomfortable. Around the outside sun-bed area, the hotel staff decided to steam clean the beds for an hour which was noisy and annoying, I came on holiday to get away from the sound of a vacuum! The food selection was good but we found it luke warm, a microwave would be good so you could heat up the buffet food, lastly the orange juice was fake, I would of expected real orange juice in Spain also a coffee machine to offer...

"The rooms are very nice and great view. The feel of lobby and other areas of the hotel are more like an all inclusive. Roof top is spectacular and barely anyone there. "

"The hotel was clean and the room was really nice. The only issue we had was the noise. Our room was situated above the bar/cafe at the front of the hotel. Constant scraping of chairs which seemed to echo, and the noise from Babushka's, over the road until the small hours as well as the entertainment in the hotel at night, was all a bit too much. And it has put us off staying in this hotel again. "
