"Decent hotel near to the airport "

"It is a good hotel overall and the location is perfect to get to the beach and town. I felt however that the rooms can do with an update in some parts as they look very dated, e.g the bath/shower. The breakfast was okay, the hot food wasn't hot enough and I would prefer more selection of fruit as it was quite limited in choice. Staff were very nice, helpful and polite ans the rooms were clean. We were a little disappointed that our rooms were not ready upon arrival as it was 3.30pm and...

"First time in San Juan so booked this hotel for 2 nights. As we were a family of four we had a room in the block with no balconies. Breakfast was good so was evening meal. Fares on reception was brilliant. The rooftop Skybar and pool were wonderful. Would I stay here again, if I was in San Juan yes, but unlikely to visit this area again. All in all a good experience"

"In general the stay was good value for money. However the hotel would do well to improve if it could provide more than one tv channel available in the main entertainment room. We and many other guests were watching an important football match and it was half way through when the channel was switched over by the entertainments manager who said that another guest had asked him to do it earlier. Despite protests from the vast majority of watchers it was switched over to suit the request of one...

"The breakfast was lovely as were the staff...the room was cleaned daily and although spotless I expected it to be more modern. I stayed in the privilege room and the shower although clean was a bit grubby and had a damp smell which lingered in the room."
