"We couldn’t fault our stay at all. Very clean throughout and our room was very spacious. We went for a restful and recharging break, and that’s exactly what we got! We upgraded to all inclusive and food quality was great. Drinks too, and staff were always so helpful and friendly - we would definitely stay again!!"

"The location is good and the hotel is basic. Be prepared for the hotel room is super small. Also, be prepared to pay for 2 rooms if you and a family of 4 go to this hotel. Lastly, be prepared to pay for parking each night which start from $30 per day. Extra expense. If you park in the plaza, where the hotel is in front of, the Police will fine you and make you pay for the ticket which is about $37 Euros. Parking is hard to find whether it is day or night. Very limited and parking spaces are too...

"Tuve la peor experiencia de mi vida en este hotel, los ascensores la mayoría de las veces no funcionaban, la habitación en 5 días q estuvimos nunca tiraron la basura y la limpiaban muy mal, el aire acondicionado nunca funcionó y todos los días íbamos a quejarnos a la recepción y nos decían q lo arreglarían y nunca lo hicieron, lo mejorcito del hotel fue el bufe, y la piscina creo q es demasiado pequeña para las dimensiones y lo lleno que se pone el hotel"

"Beautiful pool and common spaces. El Olivo was wonderful. Staff were professional and accommodating. Conveniently located within 10 minutes of Playa de San Juan. Rooms are a little outdated but I suspect they will be renovated in the future."

"Good beach front location which has everything you need. Staff are helpful. Beach is stoney, not sandy, but excellent sandy beaches are a 20 min drive. Breakfast has good choice, but standard. The rooms and decor is dated. Swimming pool is Interesting but more like a paddling pool. After meal entertainment that has a Butlins feel, Spanish sryle! Think this hotel has real potential (eg rooftop bar) but needs investment."
