"The hotel was clean and the staff was great. The location is incredible. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. It does get quite loud sometimes at night, even during the week. The room was very hot, and we asked about the air conditioning, it is central and the heat was on. We were not able to cool the room other than to open windows. Ok to do but it was really loud outside. The blow dryer did not work but they did bring another one, which also overheated. No make up...

"This place is NOT and SHOULD NOT be considered a hotel, it should not be considered a place to stay for anyone thinking about it. Reasons: hard bed which is extremely uncomfortable, single long pillow that has no support at all, gave us 1 towel for 2 people and when we requested an extra that’s “not apart of the reservation”, blinds in our room were broken, no bedside table. The biggest issue was from 9pm to at least 2AM, kids were screaming and running down the halls, this place is not...
