"My room was clean when I checked in. The location was close to everything and all the places I wanted to explore was just walking distance. I didn’t eat breakfast but went down to check what was being served. Not much of a spread. I prefer walking to a cafe nearby and have breakfast there. The front desk people were very nice and polite."

"The front desk staffs are all helpful and wonderful . I love them . What border me is the room condition: 1) there is not even a kettle in room . I asked for it and the answer is my room is standard . It is such a big surprise . I have traveled many countries. Please , a kettle is very basic . 2) the room is so poorly lighted . On top of it the light bulbs are flickering all the time . 3) the housemaid don’t even border to put the toilet paper into the roll . Just randomly put on the counter...

"Overall the room was very good. The AC didn't work hardly at all. I had it turned on as cold as I could and yet I still opened the patio door at night to let cool air in. Also, the shower water didn't maintain it's temperature. It would go cool then hot without touching anything."
