"Apartment was broken into while we slept and phone and bank cards and earrings were taken. Reported to reception and was told to go to police station to report but she wouldn’t do it. Another 10 apartments were also broken into, nothing done by the reception. Had to ask for bath towels and toilet paper. Didn’t have the room cleaned all week. Lots of others staying there also very disappointed with it "

"Flor was very welcoming and the Canarian style apartment was more interesting than the average apartment. The mezzanine room had a sitting area which was useful as an alternative to the living area & its TV"

"Sehr unpersönliches Hotel. Besitzerin war nur ein paar mal zu sehen und hat dann die Einfahrt des Mini-Parkhauses verparkt, da sie wohl Angst hatte aus dem Parkhaus nicht raus zu kommen. Außerdem hätte ich in einer Woche mehr als einmal einen Handtuchwechsel erwartet und das Bettzeug kam mir auch nicht wirklich gut vor."
