"The pictures in your advertisements make things look much larger than they are particularly the pools. The rooms are also very small in comparison to the way the pictures appear in your website. As far as staff and or housekeeping/check-in, etc. we never laid eyes on a person other than when we did in fact check in and then we had to ask questions to find the people we needed. It was not explained to us that if we wanted any semblance of housekeeping, we needed to call and ask for it never...
