Dear Wyndham Customer Service,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration following a recent stay at your Wyndham Orlando property. What was meant to be a relaxing and memorable Florida vacation with my family quickly turned into a stressful and upsetting experience due to the unacceptable conditions and service at your hotel.
From the moment we arrived, the hotel grounds were noticeably neglected—litter and trash were scattered across the site, creating an unwelcoming and unsanitary environment. This poor first impression only escalated as our stay progressed.
We encountered major issues accessing the pool area due to repeated malfunctions with the room key scanner at the gate. This inconvenience was compounded by the fact that hotel staff tried to fix the issues but couldn’t.
The most distressing part of our stay, however, was the unacceptable condition of the rooms we were given. I had to move my family four times due to issues that made each room uninhabitable:
Room 1 – The television was completely non-functional.
Room 2 – The room had a pervasive smell of marijuana, which was not only unpleasant but entirely inappropriate in a family-friendly environment.
Room 3 – The door lock was broken, leaving us feeling extremely unsafe—especially since I was traveling with my child.
Room 4 – This was finally acceptable, but by that point, our entire experience had already been soured.
