Avrei dovuto prestate attenzione alle dimensioni della stanza, appena 11 mq, in 2 si faceva fatica a girarsi e ad aprire le valigie. "The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, and location was good (close to a Main Street and tube/buses). The room was small and the bathroom even smaller. The bathroom felt the size of an airplane bathroom with an added standup shower. Also, they don’t clean rooms or change towels unless requested. There is also no fridge, kettle/coffee machine or phone in the room. They have an ironing room on the first floor for the whole hotel. For the price paid, I was expecting more from the...

"Dated property, but clean. The restaurant/bar area was large and nice and my hubby and I ordered a few items of food to share. The restaurant employee (not bar) was quite rude after delivering our food. Bottom line, large sign saying no outside food; however, we were told the restaurant closed so our kids ordered delivery. Several others eating all kinds of delivery, but he comes to my daughter"

"The hotel staff kindly stored our bags for us while we waited for our room. The hotel staff tried to put us in a room with many stairs. Stairs to the hallway. Stairs to the room. And even stairs from bathroom to the bedroom. I had to refuse it and request another. Thankfully they found us another."

"Great location near Westminster and St James Park. Convenient to tube stations and river cruises. Staff was friendly and helpful; even called a black cab for us our last morning. The rooms were small but had all you needed and had loads of charging capacity. The bathrooms were basic amenities but spacious enough and very clean. Air conditioning was greatly appreciated as it was unseasonably warm in London. The adjacent lounge was awesome and totally unexpected! Great place to unwind, play cards...

"Avoid if London is hot as there is no air in the hotel. Avoid if you have any mobility issues because there is no elevator and stairs are extremely narrow and steep. I got the fourth floor room and getting up and down with a small suitcase at my age was dangerous. Finally front desk was at best in different."
