"The Lobby Staff: Emma & Jackie, upon Arrival was very helpful & courteous. Room was found to be very presentable, with excellent amenities. Staff cleaning was excellent. All other lobby staff were helpful & kind. Lobby staff: Emma provided the service of reserving a taxi for the return to airport. "Stunning hotel right next to Trafalgar square. We received an upgrade to a Spring Garden suite which suited us perfectly. It was tucked away in a quiet area and was large and well appointed with all the luxuries needed. Staff were all friendly and efficient. Breakfast was just perfect.
