The Niovi Aresti Villa is located in the quiet area of Agios Leon, near the picturesque village and a few kilometres from the famous Port Limnionas beach. Nestled in an impressive natural setting of 150 hectares, it offers incomparable peace and spectacular views of the mountains and the sea. This rustic stone villa, with great charm and careful attention to every detail, has a spacious bathing area with panoramic views, an 8x5 metre pool and a children's pool, making it the perfect place for families seeking tranquillity.



The 150 m² villa is surrounded by beautiful walled gardens offering sea views. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the first floor are two additional bedrooms and a bathroom.

Ein wunderschönes Natursteinhaus in Anlehnung an historische Gebäude.Eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Der gegliedte Pool war sehr großzügig und hochwertig.Pool und Haus wurden täglich gereinigt.

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in diesem schönen Haus in den Bergen von Zakynthos. Die Lage ist ein Traum – ruhig, umgeben von Oliven- und Weinhainen, perfekt für Spaziergänge und zum Entspannen. Besonders der Blick von der Terrasse und die Sonnenuntergänge waren unvergesslich.Das Haus ist gemütlich und gepflegt, die Einrichtung, vor allem die Küche, etwas älter. Die Geschirrspülmaschine funktionierte nicht ganz einwandfrei, wir haben halt per Hand abgespült. Da wir in der kühleren Jahreszeit dort waren, war es anfangs etwas frisch. In den Schlafzimmern gibt es Klimaanlagen mit Heizfunktion, im Wohn-/Essbereich jedoch nicht. Nach Rücksprache mit der Gastgeberin wurde dann aber die Heizung gestartet, was problemlos klappte, wenn auch erst am Folgetag.Der Service um das Haus war super: Der Außenbereich und der Pool wurden täglich gereinigt, und Kate hat das Haus jeden Tag sehr gründlich in Ordnung gehalten – sogar unser Geschirr, wenn wir was stehen haben lassen, hat sie mitabgespült. Ein kleiner Punkt, der uns gelegentlich gestört hat, war, dass die Poolreinigung oft während unseres Frühstücks auf der Terrasse stattfand. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war stets freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Insgesamt ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt an einem traumhaften Ort – absolut empfehlenswert für alle, die Ruhe, Natur und griechisches Flair suchen.

Great house, garden and pool, excellent service

We had a great time in Arresti mountain resort. There are only 5 houses in a vast domain. The house has a big, beautiful, quiet garden with private pool and is close (car is needed) to 2 excellent bakeries, a grocery with all necessary food and very good restaurants. It is well located to start excursions on the island. The pool is great, excellent garden furniture and during the whole day, you always have the option between sun and shadeThe advertisement of the house was excellent for the pool and the garden, however not so clear for the house and the service: it was a nice surprise that there is hotel service in the house: cleaning of the house, terrace and pool was done every day, the bed linen was changed twice a week and the towels every 2 days. On the other hand, the advertisement mentioned a barbecue which was absent and a dishwasher which was so small that it was only suited for a few cups and small plates. The kitchen is small, but well equipped with qualitative material.

Great family holiday

The villa is set in a small, gated community of 5 villas.completely secluded, not overlooked and very quiet .We were met by Fania, the manager who lives on site, and who talked us through the villa etc.We arrived late and hungry and Fania kindly rang local restaurants to see if anyone was still open.An electric bbq was available on request, which was cleaned for us after each use, we even had our bins emptied and beds made each day by Katrina.The walk to the nearest village is 20 minutes down a steep hill with a couple of nice restaurants.We can highly recommend San Leon, who stayed open until 11pm to feed us! They also have a Greek night every Friday, which is good fun.The villa is quite central so most journeys took 30 mins. You will definitely need a car.Lovely stay in a great villa, can highly recommend

Fenia the host was lovely so helpful as was all the staff too didn’t want for anything , the villa was stunning and peaceful, such a beautiful area to stay and explore more traditional places and with the extra bonus of the local little dog visits . Thank you so much for a wonderful stay
