"This is a great location! Steps from the beach access and a short walk to town. I will say although the house was overall clean it had a strong urine smell but not dog urine with a strong deodorizer smell trying to mask it Also the furnishings were not as shown in the listing. They were old and not very stylish Also the sofa in the family room was slipcovers and seemed very dirty Pillows and bedding and linens could also use a makeover For the money and location it’s a good rental but could be...

"The property is older but well-maintained and comfortable. Appreciated that it came with kayaks and bikes!!! Enjoyed swimming off the dock in the Intracoastal and the short distance to the beach. Really the only complaint I have was that in the one week we were there, there were three separate groups that were on the other side of the duplex so everything seemed constantly frenzied. Overall, though, I would stay here again."
