Great beach house

Property was as listed. Clean, good location and fun! Communication with owner was great, and quick. Went for a weekend get away with my family. Would definitely book again when i am im the area.

Perfect getaway for girls trip and responsive host!

Very clean home! They had a welcome basket with kcups, chips, snacks, extra toothbrush/toothpaste which was very thoughtful. Property comes with an elevator which is super helpful if you are packing a cooler for the beach. Each bed has enough towels for each guest. The host had extra beach chairs/ a wagon and sand toys to bring to the beach. Host was super communicative and responded quickly if you had any questions. Great location with a short 5-8 min walk to the beach. Perfect getaway for our girls trip. Would book again in the future.

Wonderful stay

Perfect for a family trip to the beach! They provide everything you need to fun at the beach: chairs, towels, toys, umbrella, and wagon! We arrived to a welcome basket with some snacks and toiletries. The 4th floor has a bedroom, bathroom and bunk beds. The 3rd floor has a bathroom, and 2 bedrooms with queen beds. Perfect for a family or 2 to stay!

The PERFECT place

I decided to take my 4 kids, boyfriend, and 2 elderly aunts (70+) to the beach for a weekend. The other house that I normally rent wasn’t available so I had to find something last minute. I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE PLEASED. The owner was super nice. The house was AMAZING. They used the heck out of the elevator. It was a lot of us but everybody had their own space which was awesome. We walked in to an awesome gift basket which my boys devoured. Lol. I’ll definitely be staying here again. Only thing I would change is that next time I’d like to stay for a week and not just a weekend. Can’t give it enough praise.

Great spot for quick getaway

This is a nice comfortable place to rent for 2 families of 4 each. Nice location and has everything you need. Basket of coffee, snacks and back up toiletries if something was forgotten is a nice touch.

Carolina Beach Family Reunion

This was a family vacation of 3 generations coming from Maryland and Florida. The location was great with enough activities nearby to keep everyone busy. The house was nice but may need some updating in the near future, mainly the living room sofa's, We rented golf carts to get around on the island and the younger family member enjoyed exploring the island on bikes. All in all, we were very satisfied. Any problems we had, which were few, were resolved quickly by the property owner. It was a very nice week.

Beautiful house, great location, wonderful host

The house was very clean and Nat left us a welcome basket with plenty of treats. Any issues we had Nat was able to respond within minutes and take care of everything. I would recommend this rental for friends or families and I can’t express how great of a host Nat is.

Perfect Family Getaway

This house was everything we hoped for and more! Nat was a great host and was only a phone call or text away when we needed him. The house was in the perfect spot away from the traffic on the strip and only a short walk to the beach.. no need to drag beach towels and chairs with you because it was all provided and available for use! The house was super clean and we had plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 babies. There were even books to read and toys for the kids to play with! We enjoyed sitting on all the balconies and the elevator was a life saver with luggage and two small children to transport up to the 4th floor! My family fell in love with this beach house and we will definitely plan to book again in the future. Thanks again Nat 😊❤️
