"I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to take advantage of downtown Wilmington’s attractions. Having an assigned, off-street parking space removes any stress about finding and paying for parking. Plus you can easily walk down to the riverwalk from the apartment. The place itself is exceptionally spacious for the money and the balcony is a great place to soak up the atmosphere of the historic neighborhood. We will be back!"

"I’m not 21, I am 61. So my priorities are different. The property was quiet and clean and well stocked with towels, utensils. Laundry machines worked perfectly. The beds were very comfortable. The shower water was hot. The backyard was fenced in for the dogs. The host was very accommodating and responsive. The location was very convenient to beach, parks, Publix, restaurants, wildlife observation areas. Many thanks Emily!"
