"The AC did not work and fire alarm kept going off in my son's room one night that we remove the fire alarm from the unit I called the owner. He advised us that there was a pull up couch in the living room, which my husband tried to sleep on, but it was broken. He advised me that he would refund me one day stay I'm yet to see the one day refunded. Please advise when this will happen."
