All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets & comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy!
This home is equipped with central heating & air.

Parking: We provide off-street parking for one vehicle. You'll also find ample free and metered street parking in the neighborhood. Please be mindful of street cleaning schedules and parking regulations.

Public Transportation: The Wildwood area is served by local bus routes, making it convenient to explore nearby towns like Cape May and Stone Harbor. Schedules and route information can be found at local visitor centers or online.

Airports: The closest airport is Atlantic City International Airport (ACY), approximately a 45-minute drive away. Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) is about a 2-hour drive. Consider ride-sharing services or rental cars for transportation to and from the airports.

GUEST VERIFICATION & SECURITY: All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a “selfie” to the management company's secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in. QUIET HOURS & MAINTAINING THE PEACE: Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and overall community at all times so that we may continue providing enjoyable experiences to all of our guests. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a ZERO tolerance policy.

NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee.
