"My room was in the coach house, just outside tje doors of the main building. It was very clean with just baked biscuits and Tregothnan tea. A gorgeous view of the garden was welcoming on arrival."

The room and hotel are immaculate and very luxurious. The Sunday dinner was wonderful as was the breakfast. Very high quality ingredients. The staff were very attentive. A very relaxing stay. "Room was spotless, bed was so comfy and the shower was amazimg, even tje food was fantastic the only down fall i had but nothing serious was the heating not working in the room, i had put the thermostat on 28 but no heat was coming out and i was quite cold. But didnt complain cos i was only there for 1 evening and didnt feel the need to complain. "

"Only complaint would be pillows, for me, flat firm pillows dont work. Staff is the best! They were always Super helpful. Location is good...close to the Barbican, aquarium, and waterfront. Room was very clean, well appointed and had great black-out drapes."
