"This is an amazing place! The cabin is so cozy, we didn't want to leave. It was clean, well equipped, great lay-out. Beautiful area with lots of outdoor activities close by. I hope to come back again!"

"Cozy cottage!! Definitly a place to relax and rest! Very clean with almost everything you need to cook inside or out. I love to cook on an open fire! This cottage even had a grate to go over the fire, even though we didn't find it until our last night there... lol."

"The cabin is exactly as described in the listing - it is very clean, welcoming, and tastefully decorated! Although we visited the town's public beach one day, we did appreciate having a private area on the beach. The host was great with communication. There is plenty to do in the area - our family went Horseback riding at Circle B Ranch, rail biking riding in North Creek, and took a summer ski lift ride up Gore Mountain. "We really enjoyed our stay and the views were awesome. We’ve been vacationing in the Adirondack Mountains for many years but didn’t know that Birchwood Cottages was a place that you could stay. We’ve always stayed at the Maple Leaf up in Schroon Lake. We now plan to make Loon Lake a yearly thing."

"Arrived around 5 on Saturday. Great location. Once I figured out how to open key holder, we moved in. We enjoyed our cabin, found the information folders helpful. We had a nice fire and enjoyed our stay. Our suggestions for improvement. The light in the main room was very bright. A dimmer light switch would have been appreciated. Would like to have had a reading light on both sides of the bed."

"The house is the perfect combination of woodsy and modern. Most of the wooden furniture has been beautifully hand made with creative design. The high celings in the main family room are also made of gorgeous wood. There is a real fireplace that we unfortunately did not use because it was too warm. Comfy leather recliners and a 75 inch TV. The kitchen is open to the main room with a peninsula to sit at with stools. Modern appliances, all the kitchen ware you could possibly need, clean and new....

"The hosts of this place were extremely nice and helpful. They replied very fast to all messages and made sure we had the best experience. The place itself was amazing with all of the backyard space and heated pool! We had a blast playing volleyball, swimming and at night, going in the hot tub. I will definitely be booking again!"
