"Booked a one night stay for me and my 3 nieces for a fun night in town. Front desk person was great. Super nice and explained everything to make my stay perfect. Gave me a welcome gift bag and 2 free tickets to View Boston. Thanks AMEX!Concierge was amazing. I bought 4 tickets to View Boston but she told me they will refund my money because Copley Marriott got it like that! Again just super helpful at making sure i's were dotted and t's were crossed. "The hotel is quaint and in a great location. The restaurant (Fin Point) and cafe attached to the hotel are phenomenal. Our room was nice and tidy. The service is what did it for us. "Room was ready when we arrived early. So we dropped our stuff, turned up the heat and changed for the bowl game at Fenway. All staff we spoke with were very personable and polite. When we returned after the game (freezing) to change for dinner, it was still only 62 in the room and the phone did not work (room 210). We went down and told the desk and they sent someone up.
