"Property was exactly what we were wanting! "

"Everything was great! Took us awhile to find the utensils drawer which was in the dining room not the kitchen. The lights on a sensor and timer were a slight problem as we had someone sleeping on the pull out couch and any movement would turn the lights on. Also, the lights on the porch are sensitive and would send light flooding into the room. We adjusted the angle of the flood lights and that seemed to help. Other than these minor things our stay was great!! We would definitely stay again!!"

"Very nice location, easy walk to town. Right next to the bus depot. Excellent rooms , plenty of space. Could do with some instructions for the coffee machine, and what to do with rubbish once the bin is full. Would happily stay again."

"You can’t see the water like the picture shows. Was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pots, utensils & spices. A couple of issues beyond their control. Responded immediately to text msgs."

"We’ve stayed in a lot of rentals on our travels, but this one was my favorite. It was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed being able to bring our dogs. We could see the ocean from side windows, so nice, where there was a small beach. There were 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped. "

"This home is simple, warm and cozy—just right for an early spring, 70th birthday celebration! There was easy access to a beach close by, and close distance to Hyannis and all the spots we love to frequent on Cape Cod. The owner was accessible, easy to communicate with and very friendly. This will now be our “go to” place to stay on the Cape, and we look forward to returning!!!"

"The house is well maintained. Check-in was very easy. The house is located in the woods in a bit of a labyrinth of small roads. The kitchen facilities were great. Craig had recently purchased a new set of pots and pans that were in excellent condition. Craig was extremely helpful and welcoming. Everything functioned well from the stove to the bathroom. "

"Impeccably clean and in a great location. Host lives next door. It was Thanksgiving week and much of the town was closed but we were there to see family so that really did not matter. Plenty of good restos nearby. "
